I don't think you know what a squirt is either, or even the female reproductive organs. It comes out through the urethra, the baby comes out through the vagina. It's not the same thing as piss, but it uses the same orifice (urethra) and there is some trace of piss (just a little). Sometimes it can also come from the skene glands, they are very close to the urethra, which would explain why there is urine in the composition. I'm afraid of whoever taught you that there is water in the uterus that comes out through the vagina, especially in non-pregnant women (amniotic fluid which is also not water) and in someone healthy (accumulation of water can mean a problem, often in the tubes).
